Composition:

Each Simparica 20 mg tablet contains:

Active substance:

• Sarolaner 20 mg

Excipients:

• Hypromellose acetate succinate, medium grade
• Lactose monohydrate
• Sodium starch glycolate
• Colloidal anhydrous silica
• Magnesium Stearate
• Corn starch
• Sugar
• Liquid glucose (81.5% solids)
• Dry porcine liver powder
• Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
• Type A gelatin
• Wheat germ
• Anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate

Directions:

Simparica 20 mg is indicated:

Dogs:

• For the treatment of tick infestations (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes hexagonus, Ixodes ricinus and Rhipicephalus sanguineus). The veterinary medicinal product has immediate and persistent activity in killing ticks for at least 5 weeks.
• For the treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis). The veterinary medicinal product has immediate and persistent activity in killing fleas resulting from new infestations lasting at least 5 weeks. The product may be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).
• For the treatment of sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei).
• Fleas and ticks must be attached to the host and feeding to be exposed to the active ingredient.
