For any other problem with the payment you can write to us on our WhatsApp.

 

Dispatch time:

Dispatch time depends on the commune to which the shipment is made.

All shipments we make have their own tracking and will be sent to the customer's email at the time the order is processed.

Dispatch time may be affected during holidays and/or events beyond our control.

 

 

Wrong or faulty product:

In this case, you must contact us via WhatsApp with your order number so that we can replace the product. If it is our error, you will not have to pay for shipping the product.

 

Product exchange or return:

In this case, you must contact us via WhatsApp along with your order number. All the details will be provided so that you can return the product.

For returns, the product must be in good condition and with all its original labels. It is the customer's responsibility to send the product to our office and take charge of the new shipment.
