Rights and Guarantees

Changes or returns

If the purchased product does not satisfy you, it can be exchanged up to 30 days after the date it was received. In order to make an exchange or return, it is necessary that the product is unused , with all accessories and original packaging. Furthermore, given the nature of the products, they must not have been opened and must retain their original seal and packaging.

For exchange or return, the receipt, shipping guide, exchange ticket, or other proof of purchase must be presented.

Moxy Pet Box  will always respect the price paid by the customer. Therefore, if you want to exchange your product for one of greater value, you will have to pay the difference in price. If you want to exchange it for a product of lesser value, the money resulting from the price difference will not be refunded, but you will have to choose additional products, so that there is no credit balance.

For any return, it is necessary that the customer sends the products to our premises.

Right of Withdrawal

The user will have a period of 10 days to terminate the contract concluded by electronic means from the moment he receives the product. In order to make an exchange or return, it is necessary that the product is unused , with all accessories, original packaging.

To exercise this right you must use the same means that you used to enter into the contract, by writing an email to moxyspetbox@gmail.com indicating the order number, the product purchased and the reasons for the exchange or return. To request a refund, you must send the product along with the receipt and invoice, and contact us via email at moxyspetbox@gmail.com to coordinate the steps to follow. The requirements for making changes and returns in Moxt Pet Box are as follows:

• 1. Request it within 10 days after the purchase of the product, according to the date of the receipt, provided that it has not been damaged due to an act attributable to the consumer. (Art. 21, Law 19,496)
• 2. The product must be unused. It must also have the packaging and labels in perfect condition.
• 3. Have the original packaging and accessories and be unused.

This right may not be exercised when the good, subject of the contract, has deteriorated due to an act attributable to the consumer.

If the good or service was obtained through credit, this is void, but the interest is borne by the consumer when it was granted by a third party.

Moxy Pet Box will be obliged to refund the sums paid, without withholding any costs, as soon as possible and, in any case, within 45 days of notification of the withdrawal. In the case of services, the refund will only include those sums paid that do not correspond to services already provided at the date of withdrawal. The customer must return in good condition the packaging elements, user manuals, boxes, protective elements and any other element that came with the goods.

 

Legal Guarantees

For any product purchased at Moxy Pet Box , in case the product presents faults or defects attributable to manufacturing within 3 months from the date it was received. You can choose to change it or have the amount paid refunded, provided that the product has not been damaged by an event attributable to the consumer. To carry out the guarantee of the products purchased at Moxy Pet Box , it is necessary to write to moxyspetbox@gmail.com , indicating the order number, the product purchased and specifying the defect along with photos or the corresponding graphic material.
